what's the difference between what just happened in california and what's happened in... that other US state that has gay marriage? is it that the other one legislated for it, whereas in this one i think it was judges ruling that the ban on gay marriage was unconstitutional?

also with the canadian church: hazaa! but i don't know what to think about that kind of thing in the anglican church... when i should support US etc people pushing gay stuff forward and whether maybe there is an argument that they shouldn't... um... i'm not very educated on this actually... and seeing as you are an anglican church watcher, want to summarise it for me? :)
