yes, I still have a full complement of grandparents. (well, actually, one grandfather hasn't been seen since before mum was born, so he doesn't count) One grandmother is grumpy, paranoid and insular. The other is grumpy, and foul in every respect.
The grandfather is lovely, but is not allowed to answer telephones, thanks to paranoid grandmother. They've got to the separate bedrooms stage, after fifty bloody year's of marriage.

My grandparents are all mad. My great-grandmother, by all accounts, was a saint, but then, she's dead, many dead people were fabulous.
